Summer Bridge Tutoring
Summer Bridge is how students get from one school year to the next without falling into the summer slide. Research shows students can lose months of learning over the summer: falling behind before the new year even starts. Our Bridge program closes that gap with personalized assessment, enrichment, and targeted skill building that keeps students moving forward all summer long. See details here.
SAT, ACT, SSAT, ISEE Prep
In each of our test prep programs, we offer full access to our entire online SAT prep course (preview here), while supporting students in person with individualized tutoring at our Norwood or Medfield learning center. Students will learn new material with our unique workbook and videos (all created by Wildewood founder, Tara Shuman), and then meet with our English and math tutors to review their practice. This program combines helpful resources for busy summer schedules while also providing students with in-person tutoring to address their individual questions, goals, and learning needs. AP Boost
This specialized six-session package is for students who will be taking an AP class in the upcoming school year. Lessons are taught by experienced AP teachers and tutors who will help students: understand the “AP mindset,” complete summer homework, learn key concepts to make the upcoming course much easier. Students who complete this package will be eligible for reduced tutoring rates throughout the school year. See details here.
College Launch
College Launch is Wildewood’s program to help support high school seniors as they navigate the very exciting, but also daunting, task of preparing college applications. We offer different options that will help students:
