Cancellation Policy

At Wildewood Education, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our students and families. When we schedule a tutoring session, we set aside that time exclusively for the student. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments not only disrupt this commitment but also make it challenging to offer this time to another student.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

We value your time as well as our own. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly request that students and parents:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.

• Notify us in advance if the student will be late or will miss a session.

 

CANCELLATION FEES

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a $50 fee. 

• Missed sessions without notice will be subject to the fee equivalent to the full session.

All cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the card on file or included in the next invoice if the family does not keep a card on file.
