Shaina Fils-Aimé
Program coordinator
Shaina Laura Fils-Aimé is a tutor, mentor, and lifelong learner who enjoys bringing structure, curiosity, and care to every space she works in. A graduate of the oldest high school in America, Shaina’s love of teaching began early—first by helping friends with pre-calculus and starting a homework club, and later through encouragement from a math teacher who saw her potential in the classroom.

Over the years, Shaina has worked closely with children in many settings, from returning to work at the same daycare she attended as a toddler to planning and running birthday parties and youth events. In her most recent role, she even learned the art of gardening, growing everything from rosemary and tomatoes to squash and kale.

At Wildewood, Shaina tutors across a wide range of subjects, including math, chemistry, introductory physics, English and writing, languages, test preparation, executive functioning, and college application support. She values thoughtful learning, steady growth, and helping students feel confident in both their skills and themselves.
